I can't help but think that there is a reason the examiner has chosen January 1st 2011 as the date for the new structure to come in to effect, but at this point, can not think of a logical reason.

Does anyone else have any thoughts?

Could not guess any specific reason for Jan 1st date, but you see only procurement department is being restructured while other departments like Sales & Marketing can also be made centralized and merged with PR & marketing department to gain efficiencies and also synergies.

In addition to this BZCS IT manager is reporting to FD, so we might have an issue regarding functional conflicts due to this complex org. structure in the unseen.

Can we think about a cashflow forecast for the rest of the financial year end? Involving adjustments relating to penalties from OFT.

What about contract accounting with revenues and cost in two financial years.

Can we have some calculations on that?
