Hi

I know this will change based on the unseen....but how would this be for an introduction based off the preseen? Should anything be added /removed?

1.0 Introduction

BeeZed Constrution Services( BZCS) is a subsidiary of BeeZed which is a construction and property management company listed on a European stock exchange. BZCS is an international construction services company that has projects in 6 divisions; Office buildings, Sports Facilities, Environmental projects, Infrastructure, Community projects and Energy projects. BZCS is operating in a market that has had declined by 10% since 2008, and that is forecast by EuroConstruct to decline by 0.1% in 2011 but increase from 2012 by 2.5%
BZCS has recently restructured its operations to become more competitive in tendering on construction projects. There is an OFT investigation into “bid-rigging” in the industry. BZCS has advised the OFT of its discussions with other companies on a UK hospital construction contract in the hope of lenient treatment

BZCS has one of the best Health and Safety records in its field. BZCS is committed to enhancing the culture of safety throughout its company and suppliers, so much so that it has replaced suppliers that did not meet its criteria.

BZCS is committed to reducing the amount of waste it produces that goes to landfill. In 2010 it recycled or disposed of 62% of its waste from its construction sites.

Your introduction should be brief, because you will run out of time. I have removed some parts of it and modified!


Above is a good introduction. Try to add 1 diversity example, mention about 2-3 key competitors (major ones). It would give 1 more diversity mark!
