Do we need to have appendices for each and every model we use?
The answer is NO.
It is preferred to limit your appendices up to 3 models, SWOT, Mendelow and 1 more.
If you use more, you can describe the relevant part of the model in one sentence, then apply the case.
Eg: Take 5 forces, you can write
" Since there are only few large customers, their bargaining power is high as per Porter's five forces model, so we need to maintain sound relationships with them to ensure that we get more business in future"
This would give you 1 application mark easily.
