What are the possible options for a resignation of a Director?

Options available:
- Do nothing let him go, if is in conflict with other personnel or not beneficial to company
Replace internally - Adv. this motivates personnel. Process is quick and cheap. No culture problem (adapts easily)
Replace externally - Adv. new blood. May take advantage expertise.
Outsourcing activities done by him.
- Negotiate with him to stay.
