Description for prioritisation
Under each issue prioritised you need to mention few things mainly.
1. Impact of the issue- Financial as well as non financial, impact to longterm profits etc
2. Urgency- How urgent the issue is? Whether we need to respond within 1 week, 2 weeks etc?
Above two factors are vital to earn a pass mark, following would add more flesh to your answer.
1. Explain the relative position
Why it is given this priority? Compare with the above and below issues.
2. Discuss likelihood if possible
Hope you are clear...
We will provide some exercises as well!!!
